Our Church's Purpose:
This church shall worship God as revealed in scripture;
celebrate the sacraments of communion and baptism;
develop fellowship and unity within this church
and with the church the world over;
give loving service toward humanity, and
work toward justice, equality and peace
in our community and the world.
Dear God, help me trust Your plan, even when it doesn’t make sense to me!
Amen
“Do you think you can explain the mystery of God? Do you think you can diagram God Almighty?
God is far higher than you can imagine, far deeper than you can comprehend.” Job 11:7-8
“God’s Crazy Plans”
God asked people to do some pretty weird things in the Bible. He told Noah to build a huge boat in the middle of a desert! All of Noah’s friends must have thought he was crazy, but Noah trusted God. When he finally finished the boat, the rain fell hard, and water covered the earth. Now that boat made sense! You won’t know why God does everything He does. Sometimes it might look like nothing makes sense. But remember Noah and the flood. God has a plan for everything. Trust Him completely and watch what happens!
